HomeAttorney Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Terms of Service

HomeAttorney LLC (“HomeAttorney”) provides an online forum for individuals with legal needs and/or seeking legal services (a “User” or collectively “Users”) to connect with attorneys and legal professionals (a “Provider” or collectively “Providers”) (the “Service”). HomeAttorney does not represent or promise to Users that a Provider will perform to any particular standard. Moreover, HomeAttorney does not act as an attorney or Provider, and thus disclaims any legal obligation or privileges to the Users such as attorney/client privilege. This disclaimer applies to any form of communication, including submissions through the HomeAttorney website.

HomeAttorney does not represent that the information provided to the Users or the Providers is accurate or truthful. Should a User and Provider desire to do business with each other, either through the HomeAttorney introduction or otherwise, HomeAttorney has no standing or legal proximity to any or either Party. While HomeAttorney attempts to verify that Providers are attorneys in good standing with their respective state bars, HomeAttorney does not warrant that this is the case. HomeAttorney does not endorse any particular Provider, nor is HomeAttorney responsible for the release or improper use of such information by Users or any release due to error or failure of the Service.
